Project title: "Improving the market position of SILVAM-EX through participation in international fairs."

The project is planned to be implemented by Agencja Rozwoju Pomorza S.A. grant project called "Pomeranian Export Broker. A comprehensive export support system in the Pomeranian Voivodeship", co-financed by the European Regional Development Fund under Measure 2.3 Export activity of Priority Axis 2 of the Regional Enterprise of the Pomeranian Voivodeship Operational Program for 2014-2020.

Ladies and Gentlemen,

Silvam-Ex Tomasz Michalski, Piotr Tyca Spółka jawna, as part of the planned task - Participation in the Amberif Autumn 2023 fair (Gdańsk/Poland), intends to purchase a service in the field of rental and construction of an exhibition stand for the Amberif Autumn 2023 fair, together with technical support and costs individualized development elements and information and promotional activities of the project.

Subject of the Ordering Party's activity:

32.12 Z Manufacture of jewelry and similar products.

II. Information regarding the subject of the order:

The subject of the order is the purchase of services in the field of rental and construction of an exhibition stand with an area of 25 m2 for the Amberif Autumn 2023 fair, along with technical service and costs of individual development elements, as well as information and promotion activities of the project. The contractor selected to complete the order will be obliged to carry out the following activities:

1) construction in the Maxima system with a separate office space and individual development elements such as: a glass showcase, an exhibition window with modern exhibition elements and additional lighting,

2) the stand should be covered with colored foil with the company logo and name as well as large-format prints of high-resolution product photos,

3) providing carpet, shelf, table and chairs,

4) providing exhibition displays with additional lighting,

5) installation of modern halogen spotlights,

6) technical service consisting of assembly and disassembly of stand equipment and technical supervision during the fair, including ongoing maintenance of cleanliness and aesthetics of the stand,

7) design, implementation and provision of a multimedia presentation on a large-format screen at a trade fair stand.

The stand development should meet all the requirements specified above.

III. Conditions for participation in the procedure and a description of how to assess compliance with these conditions, together with a list of documents to be provided by bidders to confirm compliance with the conditions for participation in the procedure.

This procedure was carried out in accordance with the principles described in the Guidelines on the eligibility of expenditure under the European Regional Development Fund for 2014-2020 and the Guidelines on the eligibility of expenditure under the Operational Program of the Pomeranian Voivodeship for 2014-2020. Contractors who meet all of the following conditions may apply for the contract:

1. The order may not be awarded to Contractors with personal or capital links to the Ordering Party.

Capital or personal connections are understood as mutual connections between the Ordering Party or persons authorized to enter into obligations on behalf of the Ordering Party or persons performing on behalf of the Ordering Party activities related to the preparation and conduct of the Contractor selection procedure and the Contractor, consisting in particular of:

a) participating in a company as a partner in a civil partnership or partnership,

b) owning at least 10% of shares or shares,

c) serving as a member of the supervisory or management body, proxy, proxy,

d) being married, in a relationship of consanguinity or affinity in the direct line, in a relationship of second-degree consanguinity or affinity in the collateral line, or in a relationship of adoption, guardianship or guardianship.

The criterion will be verified on the basis of the Bidder's declaration (according to the template attached as Annex 1 to this announcement).

2. The contractor has the ability to complete the order.

3. The Contractor guarantees a method of executing the order that is favorable from the point of view of environmental protection by ensuring minimization of the consumption of materials, raw materials, energy, etc. necessary for the execution of the order.

4. The contractor has the knowledge and experience to perform the order.
